Was the war in Iraq a mistake?
That's the poll question on CNN. I'm sure the freepers will jump on this one, so let's cast some votes:

5. Hello Catwoman
Long time no speak. I've been traveling and just finished marrying off my oldest daughter last weekend. Hope to see you and the gang more in cyberspace in the future.

6. No.
Those murderous fuckers in the White House knew EXACTLY what they were doing.

Some of the Congressional votes in favor of IWR were mistakes.

7. Just the fact that they're ASKING that is great! Plus, the NYT poll says..
... that the number of people who think it was "a mistake" has overtaken the number of people who think it wasn't (48 to 46%).

While 47% still say it was the "right thing", 46% say we should have "stayed out" and 7% are undecided.

The number of people who still think it was "worth it" is now outweighed by almost 2 to 1 by the number of people who think it was "not worth it". (58 to 33%)

That last question, and the concommitant change in numbers, seems to be what happens when you force people to consider the consequences (something which their president still steadfastly refuses to do).
