6. my opinion on sex threads

I wouldn't have a problem with them in a certain context -- for example, "help, my husband doesn't want me anymore, what do I do." This place is like a support group for so many people. I don't think if it's that kind of context it should be banned.

Call me reactionary, oversensitive, I don't much care what anyone calls me: it's just not funny to see unoriginal thread after thread after thread after thread asking who you'd have sex with, or who was in office last time you had sex.

7. on some level I agree

but sometimes they are funny and silly. But then they do tend to deteriorate and get locked. So maybe you are right. I think it is the fine weather and that the "sap is rising," so to speak. :)
