I've felt shitty all day

Yesterday I helped my brother and his fiance out with their new house. We were cleaning the house to get it ready for repainting. Since then I've been coughing up a storm. I could barely sleep last night and am still coughing. Any suggestions on how to feel better soon?

time I've been into a little too much dust.

3. any signs of rodents where you were working?

If yes, get thee to a doctor NOW! Hanta virus needs to be treated quickly. Go and make sure that isn't what ails you.

If no evidence of rodents, then perhaps you had an alergic reaction to dust, cleaning products or something like that? Anithistimines might help.

There were also some oak trees behind the house. I don't like the looks of all that stuff beneath oak tree. I took some Benadryl and that has helped a bit.

6. If there is a health food type store near you

call and see if they have this stuff called OLBAS. It is an herbal medicine from Switzerland. Havocdad always keeps some in the house. Some in hot water makes a soothing steam you cannot believe! I have used it to treat horrible allergy symptoms and even pertussis coughing in adults.

Hope you get better soon. That the benadryl is helping is a good sign. Glad you didn't inhale mouse debris.
