It is 27 inches long and made of foam.

So close.....yet so far.

I must admit, the similarities between this mystery object and a hemorrhoid polisher are rather striking but surprisingly, it is not that.

The only dimension I have is that it's 27 inches long.
So I'd guess it's about say, 10 inches in width. What do you say?
