10. God yes, yuppies, starbucks and SUVs

They just scream "GROUPTHINK" And the way they all name their boys "Taylor, Tyler", and their girls "Dakota, Ashley", etc.

And when I hear them blathering about pilates tae bo and atkins, I'm almost glad to be fat. I lived in Japan for many years, and in spite of the stereotypes, nobody in Japan is anywhere NEAR as conformist as these freakazoids. What else, other than overpowering social conditioning could make people pay $6 for a lousy cup of coffee (and the knowledge that none of the money will stay in your community)?

people who make sweeping generalizations about people
uncomfortable shoes
the BFEE
when they cover perfectly good cheesecake in some weird fruit
being so far from the people I care about
being alone so much
cleaning the toilet
my obnoxious neighbors and their thumpa music
paying full price for a bad movie
my job

6. My list wouldn't be quite the same

I rarely worry about the tragectory of my pee, for example. And I like toast and vegtables.

But I do hate George Bush. I agree with that one. And phony Christians. Not real Christians, who actually follow the teaching of Christ, but phonies, like George W. Bush.
