Don't like them fried. Just a fresh straight up peanut butter and banana sandwich.

21. Usually fried peanut butter and mashed banana
I don;t like that sort of thing but I have to admit that it's rather good, though extremely filling.

The bacon angle was courtesy of a sandwich made at a Denver restaurant that Elvis loved -- he flew the Lisa Marie from Memphis to Denver one night in early 1976, with a bunch of friends and hangers-on aboard, and bought "Fools Gold" sandwiches for everyone, delivered to the jet. It was an incredibly expensive sandwich ($50 each) that consisted of (as I recall) a hollowed-out loaf of bread filled with a jar of peanut butter, a jar of jelly, and a pound of bacon. :o

28. Gotta love that!
Elvis was the shit. I've had the pleasure of knowing some of his old pals, and got to hear some of the unpublished stories. Maybe not as wild as the ones that are famous, but some pretty classic moments of the man.

10. good nights sleep! Why am I still up? Why do some
people have this amazing ability to just shut their brains off and go to sleep?

Maybe turning off the computer and getting in bed would help?

But too frequently it doesn't.

Oh, well, thanks for letting me vent.

I'm not hungry.

I wonder the same thing.
In all my years I've never had an easy time sleeping. I could run 5 miles, get home, take a warm shower, and turn on c-span and still lay awake for hours on end.

16. I get the whole turn on c-span thing. It is worse if there is nothing
to listen to at all because my brain will just start running over anything and everything and then I am more awake than I was when I first got in bed.

17. Exactly
And I usually find C-Span boring, which is why I choose that instead of Coast to Coast on AM Radio. Although the week that I was high off of Vicodin from having my wisdom teeth out I spent 8 hours watching Robert Byrd talk about the need for AIDS relief funding in Africa, and I actually enjoyed it. Sadly, I'm not always in that state.

25. Whiskey
Makes your brain run to fast. it can keep you up. One thing that helps me relax is a cup of hot chocolate and a shot of peppermint schnapps in it. warm milk to create the tiredness and the alcohol dulls the senses.
