Is "Mission Accomplished" now...
the new "Mother of All Ironic Phrases"?

I've started to use it when referencing failures, Examples:

Coworker: "Our project got cancelled"
Me: "Mission Accomplished"

Student1: "I guess we should have studied instead of getting drunk"
Student2: "Mission Accomplished"

Fireman: "Well the fire's out, nothing left to burn."
Arsonist: "Mission Accomplished"
