Anyone remember the old Boris Karloff show "Thriller"?
I was given a box set of it as a gift and they are really great. Boris introduces each episode and says and then acts in several of them too. They are like the "Twilight Zone" except where "Zone" is Sci-fi, "Thriller" is, well, a thriller with strong horror elements.
I really recommend this series--especially since they are not as well known as other shows like "Twilight Zone" and also utilize big name guest stars such as Elizabeth Montgomery and Dick York prior to "Bewitched" (but in different episodes).

2. Do You Remember Jack Nicholson's First Starring Role?

"The Raven" with Boris Karloff and Peter Lorre' trying to save a Nerd Prince from the forces of "evil" with a well-endowed blonde "Princess."

He wasn't as evil as much he was in heat in a PG way.

3. Does the set have this episode?
My mother was scared nearly to death by a TV show and I think it was Thriller. She said a woman was being chased through the woods and could hear the footsteps and breathing of the stalker. When she rinally and thankfully got home and shut her door behind her, the breathing started up again, inside her house.

4. Great show!
They scared me when I was young. I've rented a few VHS versions and they're still great. Hearty thumbs up for THRILLER.

5. I remember the show, but the only episode I remember
is one in which a women traveling on a deserted road gets a flat tire and goes to a farmhouse for help, only to find out that the matriarch of the family is an evil witch.

7. I remember it when I was a very young boy
I also remember my Dad making a big bowl of Buttered Popcorn to
watch it. My Mom used to tell me "But you'll have nightmares all
night" ...I told her once "That's OK, I want to watch the show, I'll
deal with the nightmares later".....Cracked my Dad up!..
