I'm not so fond of cicadas

I had one on me earlier today and I didn't even know it -- it was on the back of my shirt. And while unbeknownst to me it hitchhiked all the way into my room. When I realized there was a cicada crawling on my shoulder it freaked me out in a major way. I put it in a plastic bag and then released it outside.

This same thing happened to me last time the cicadas were here. I was in high school, I had very long hair. I was walking home with my friends and I kept hearing a cicada chirping. I wondered where it was, I looked around but couldn't find it. So I kept walking and tried to ignore it. Then I realized it was crawling through my hair. Aaah!
