What are YOU cooking for your Memorial day feast?
I am going to do potato salad, chicken on the grill and baked beans....pretty conventional, i suppose. I searched foodtv.com for a P. Salad recipe and have decided to combine several ideas and go my own route.

Redskins boiled in Sage flavored water, onions currently marinating in Red Wine Vinegar infused with Dill and Sage and chopped hard boiled eggs will be added at the end.

The dressing will be a mix of Sour Cream, Mayo and Ranch dressing with Paprika, more Dill and spicy Mustard.

The chicken will marinate in Yogurt, Mustard, Sage and Beer.

Any thoughts?

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
Remember the fallen and those still serving.

4. We were going to go to a BBQ, but...
...it's cold and grey outside so hubby is making Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy and Collard Greens. (I am craving Southern food today.) And we're going to watch Bubba Ho-tep.

ut nothing to write home about, lol. I just don't "cook." I'll toss it on the BBQ and eat it with salad from a bag.
