5. I've never tolerated milk well
As a kid, I was forced to drink it and it always made me sick, until finally, someone clued into the fact that milk kept making me sick...

Their troubles don't seem to amount to a hill of beans in this world.

7. I like it. I like vanilla best, but plain is palatable with practice.
LOL I just thought about what I wrote. I do like it, though. (Actually, the chocolate is best, but vanilla is really good on cereal.)

9. It's good in fruit smoothies
Take some fresh or frozen fruit and some soymilk and a little honey and whip it together in the blender. Strawberry-banana is my favorite, but blueberry-raspberry is good, too.

10. I love soy milk
Especially 8th Continent's Vanilla soy milk. Unfortunately I can't drink it anymore since I have hypothyroidism and soy products interfere with both the thyroid and the medication I take for it. No more soy milk, soy nuts, Bocaburgers or any of those wonderful soy products I came to love

14. How I drink it?
Cold from the fridge. Or mixed with some fruits, or fruit juice. Or with some joghurt and grinded fruits - very good on a hot day.

Actually, it's soy + rice milk. Love that stuff. It also goes very well with muesli, and when making semolina or pudding, there's much less hassle with scorching.

Considering that the other stuff is nothing more than bovine breastmilk, bean juice comparatively isn't that bad.

I love being able to buy products from companies that are actually making an effort to help with our environment. Clif's Bars is also a great company, they make energy bars, including the new Luna bars for women. Yummy!

It's very chocolaty and good.

Of course, I like egg white and tofu omletes, so go figure.

(I love junk food too. I just try to find balance)

31. What about...
...different brands of rice milk? I went lacto-ovo vegetarian last November and I'm looking at going full-on strict vegetarian and was wondering what others have tried and liked. I think giving up cheese is going to be the hardest part of giving up dairy (for me, anyway).

36. My body told me to stop drinking cow's milk...
I will spare you the gory details.

Soy milk is good stuff. If more people drank it, all those fast food taco places wouldn't have enough factory worn dairy cows to put in their burritos, and that would be a good thing too.
