Is Hank Hill a Democrat or Republican?
'King of the Hill' is a great and funny show, but I don't see it as often as I wish I could.

I would say Hank is a repuke-leaning swing voter. He may have voted for * in 2000, but he would be having doubts about it now, and could be thinkin' about voting for that 'wind-surfing yankee from Massachusetts'.....

Beer drinking, truck driving, blue collar, good ole boy dumbass

In fact, that is a pretty lame stereotype that I would be ashamed to use.

Need more evidence than that.

How about www.grammarunderground.com?

Go ahead and debate grammar all day over there. It only exposes the fact that you have nothing else to say regarding the original topic.

I'll edit my topic, thanks for being my "proofreader".

I don't think he's having any doubts about voting for * again. I don't think anybody in Arlen is having any doubts. Maybe John Red Cloud, just maybe though.

on edit: Oh, yeah, the female preacher from Minnesota is probably not gonn'a vote for *.

I never really thought about it...but my gut instinct tells me repub.

Although Hank Hill does despise Mega-lo Mart. This could be a good sign.

He also named his dog "Ladybird". I guess you could speculate a lot on the motivations of that.

Hank was a Bush man, until he got shake his hand. Bush had a "limp handshake." That turned Hank against him. It was a great episode. Episode 85, Oct. 1, 2000.

October 1, 2000: Perils of Polling:
Bobby's act of heroism leads the Hills to a meeting with candidate George Dub-Ya, who turns Hank's vote from sure to tentative with the shake of a hand.

32. He would like to vote Republican, if he could bring himself to...
but his moral compass gets in his way and he can't help but do the right thing. Being the left thing, in this case.

This is a basic subtext to the entire show.

there was a little PSA of hank and bobby standing in the garge. Hank encouraged people to vote and said something about changing who was in the white house. It sounded like a very Hank way of saying 'get bush out".
