A man stopped in his car at an intersection is approached by a frantic group of people. He rolls down the window and asks what the problem is. The desperate looking individuals inform him - "President Bush has been kidnapped by a terrorist group and they are demanding a hundred-million dollars for his release. If they don't get the money they will drench him in gasoline and burn him alive!"
The astonished man asks what they want of him and the group replies - "We are trying to collect as much as possible from people all over town."
