24. It's from Clerks Uncensored...the Clerks cartoon

In one of the episodes, Dante and Randall are in court because Dante is being sued because someone slipped in the store. Right before they announce the verdict a screen comes on saying that the original ending for the script was lost on its way to Korea, but the animators have kindly finished it. Switch back and the cartoon is all anime-y. Very camp like I think they even say "American Disco party!" As they are driving away, some of the cars turn into robots and the car Randall and Dante are in has a bear driving...that sounds so stupid when I type it, but...er...it's funny to watch.
