From a Sox fan. St.Louis fans are the classiest in baseball. Even classier
than the likes of me and the rest of the Red Sox Nation. You have shown that year after year.

Larry Walker said that in his ten or so years playing for the Rockies, where he was an All-Star numerous times, he never got a standing ovation. In his first week playing for the Cardinals, he got his first standing ovation.

This year was a ride, to be sure, and we'll still be around next year. St. Louis is definitely a baseball town, and we cheer the Cardinals without fail, win or lose, and always give the other team their dues. Thanks for the praise, and congratulations on your well-deserved and long awaited victory.
