Applause in polling stations for new voters
This morning I was listening to the local public radio station (KNON) and this guy was saying that every time he's voted in Dallas (I think he said the last 11 years), it's never taken more than 15 minutes. He said he went yesterday and it took 1 1/2 hours.

He also said that people were applauding every time a young first-time voter showed up.

Life is good.

:hi:

2. MOST people...
won't stand in line for 1 1/2 hours to vote for more of the same.

3. I just want to see people involved in the process again.
Hopefully they'll become serious citizens, and if they do, they'll become Democrats.

4. I think, in the big picture, any 1st time voter should be praised.
It's democracy after all.

6. I say, if everyone votes,
(and are counted) then the correct result will follow.

Let's kick some ass!!
