"The Quick and the Dead" - woooeee cool movie!!

Gene Hackman - incredible. He's so good at everything he does, from badasses to comedy. A real treasure, he is.

Sharon Stone (or whoever the chick is) - born to play a role like this. Total badass gunslinger with plenty of 'tude.

Leo DiCaprio - yeah, well, whatever; even bowls of ice cream sometimes have chunks of ice in 'em

Russel Crowe - quite admirable job

And the rest of the cast, the cinematography, and the script, are fantastic.

1. My opinion but...

A better movie might have been how they got that big clock in some future ghost town in the first place! Did it come around Cape Horn and go east or did they carry it over the Rockies?

3. The clock in that movie was heavy duty

I mean it was like Big Ben style big clock...Did they have clocks like that in frontier towns, really?
And what was the name of that town and is it not more than a ghost town today?
