1. Personally,

I like the one with the pioneer and Native American, but I bet the one with the cow, corn, and cheese wins out.

7. Gotta pick the "scenic" quarter

There are enough Lewis and Clark quarters out there already, and the one with the cow and wedge of cheese is, well, cheesy.

Reluctantly, because the "scenic" one is eminently forgettable, but I don't want a big stupid cow head on my state's quarter.
