15. I'm still waiting for the first five parts, damn it.
So many intricate plot points are missed by simply seeing the sixth part.

Cosby's epic vision involved a series of nine films; the first three dealing with Leonard's youth and early training, the fourth, fifth, and sixth dealing with his career, and the final three dealing with his final years training other Leonards and raising flying ostriches.

I still hold out hope that, with modern computer technology, Cosby's vast project will finally reach the mass audience it so richly deserves. :silly:

Titanic For obvious reasons.

Thelma and Louise Ditto.

Ghost "Ditto" Ditto.

Jaws The original was classic - all of the sequeals sucked.

Lethal Weapon The original was classic - most of the sequeals sucked.

Rocky The original was classic - most of the sequeals sucked.

Porky's The original and all of the sequeals sucked.

Police Academy The original and all of the sequeals sucked.

Remo Williams: The Adventure Continues The original sucked big time. SPOILER: when Joel Grey runs across the lake, people in the theatre were actually yelling for their money back!

26. Most movies shouldn't have sequels
There are so few quality movies made, these days, and most that they do make seem to be sequels or remakes! Why remake a classic?! Or film a sequel to a terrible movie?! Don't get me started, LOL, since you know that this was in my field, so I have strong opinions on this! Most movies that are made are totally unoriginal and most aren't very good. There's no excuse for this, since we now have excellent technology to make amazing movies. EOM :D

47. Gone With The Wind!
It said it all, and it ended where it should have....the sequel to the book sucked, and the sequel miniseries was disgustingly bad.

Like I said, the story itself is complete--there's nothing more to say.

Rocky is the same--all the sequels made the meaning of the first one meaningless.

"Gone With The Wind" in my mind stays finished where Margaret Mitchell herself ended it.
