I hate the idea that you need a fixed date to start improving yourself..... actually improving myself pisses me off altogether.

1. If you have to rely on a specific date or time to improve yourself...
it just ain't going to happen, period. The will to do it isn't there in the first place.

We made New Years Resolutions on our birthdays. Makes sense, and no pressure - just quiet reflection.
