Which is healthier? Canadian or American bacon?

I'm trying to lose weight. So I'm about to order a jumbo cheese pizza with onions, sausage, pepperonie, extra butter, cream sauce, and bacon, and an order of buffalo wings. And I'm wondering which would be a better bacon.

2. Canadian has waaaay less fat. That's it's appeal.

Though it's a rather moot point with that pizza you've described. I'd further suggest a "Last Will and Testament" as an appetizer...and lotsa wine for that happy/dead affect when your face hits the floor.

3. Just ham

Canadian Bacon is just a name for ham on the pizza. Not the same as the bacon sticks that you cook up for breakfast.

I think there is less fat on the ham than the bacon because it comes from different parts of the pig.
