Okay. "White Noise" was pretty creepy.
A bit more understated than the trailer suggests, but nonetheless I was looking all around me as I left the theater. Michael Keaton is pretty good in this one, as are the supporting actors.

The story built a bit slowly, but once it took hold I got into it and had a good time. There were the obligatory jump-out-of-your-seat moments which were pretty darned effective, but it ended up much less an effects flick as I went in thinking it would be. And that's a GOOD thing.

It wasn't the endless wild ride I wanted, and it had some flat moments, but on the whole it was a pleasant (???) waste of a couple hours. I don't think it will be a timeless classic, but it'll do for a dark and stormy night.

keeps moving too fast for me to focus on it. And those damned voices in my head again...

4. I was just looking at this site
http://www.whitenoisemovie.com/mirror/full/examples.html

I'm alone in my office, and I'm bored. And it's late and dark...so i figured I would spook myself. I don't really believe i this stuff, but it's still kind of eerie.

6. Talk about creepy...
My business partner tried the EVP recording stuff in what is considered to be a haunted hotel in my town, when she and her husband stayed there for an anniversary. They definitely heard a voice on the tape they had not heard when they recorded it and freaked out and since haven't listened to it again.

I live in an old Victorian that I am pretty certain has spirits of some sort, but am too chicken to try the recording thing myself. I guess I feel like I might piss 'em off or something and we seem to be getting along just fine now, so why ruin it, right?

Oh yeah, btw... There's pretty good odds that I am insane... but still...

7. Haven't seen it, but the trailer gave me
the idea that it probably WOULD be pretty creepy.

I'll probably get out and see it soon enough.

8. That movie
pissed me off. It was interesting enough to keep my attention right up until the convoluted nonsensical end when the conclusion *in my mind* had nothing to do with the movie I had been sitting there watching for the previous 90 minutes.

I'm pretty critical when it comes to movies, I tend to start picking away at the errors of the plot, script and conclusion. Major error: in real life, someone who is coincidentally at the scene of three unrelated deaths would be a suspect, but Keaton is treated as the common witness. I don't think so.
