Dr. Ian Stevenson at the University of Virginia Medical School has studied children who claim to remember past lives. His studies showed that, if the claim of reincarnation is true, the average time between a person's death and their rebirth into their next incarnation is 14 months.

GWB was born almost exactly 14 months, give or take a couple of days, after Hitler's death, so ... Maybe Bush isn't like Hitler. Myabe bush is Hitler. Hmmm.
