Does anyone know of any Internet banking that'll open an account

with a MC deposit (Minimum is $20)? The reason I ask is because I want to play a little poker, and the debit card I have is worthless because MC won't let me use the card. So There are options for me to play a little poker..

1. The off shore online casinos won't directly

process Visa or MC... (actually, it's the banks here that won't
allow the offshore casinos to process them). So... you have
to open an internet banking account with someone like IGMpay
or FPS epassport or Netteller, transfer money from your credit
card (or a debit card) to the internet bank (and pay a small
processing fee) and then transfer money to the casino (and pay
another small processing fee).

For $20, it's probably not worth the trouble and fees.
