Apparently I don't pronounce "bull" properly.
I pronounce it "buhl." According to the natives, it should be "bool."

Where, oh where, have I gone wrong?

1. Don't feel bad

I apparently don't pronounce "warm" correctly (rhymes with "arm"). Everyone else around here says it should be pronounced "worm" (rhymes with "corn"). I don't get it.

3. As a native of your state,
I've always said it to rhyme with "pull" instead of "pool". But when using the word to express excessive contempt, I sometimes use the backwoods pronunciation of "bool", and add a "sheeet" after that

4. Supposedly, I mispronounce "coffee"
I know I don't, though. It's "caw-fee" and not "cahfee". Everyone here in New Jersey says "caw-fee". :)
