Ever met a feminist who only dates chauvenists?
If so, why would they?

I have as a matter of fact. She even dated these guys after specifically stating she hated them for their views on women.

My theory: Dating a jerk is easy because you can 1) Change him, which is a big thing for a lot of women who want a challenge and 2) A nice guy who wants a serious, committed relationship is a greater "threat" to an independant woman than some guy who could take it or leave it.

1. Can I have have the little lady's number?
Unless she's worrying her pretty little head with a career or something.

Not that I'm a against women with careers, so long as that career is delivering me my beers during the game is a career.

2. How many guys? How chauvanistic? Where does she live?
In some areas (like where I live), most men are chauvanistic in one way or other. Are they chauvanistic with her too or hold stereotypes of women and say "But I know that you are not like that." How did she meet them? If they work where she does or are in some other daily envoronment where she seeks respect, these men can sometimes be good allies against other chauvanistic men.
Also, how seriously is she dating them? She could be actually just using them and have no intentions on settling down with them.
I don't know. I didn't marry a chauvanist and I didn't really like chauvanistic men in general. In some cases though, I have become friends with them originally for the reason that they were good allies against other chauvanistic men in sexist environments.
