Movie music question...(Batman)

From the movie Batman.

The scene is when Joker comes to visit Vicki Vale at her apartment. Bruce Wayne has been there apologizing to her. He's about to tell her he is Batman when the doorbell rings.

Joker enters carrying a boom box. It is playing music that sounds like it is from a music box, but it is a very familiar song.

What is the name of this song? It is very subtle.
