I thought he was "Way Cool." But, that said, Captain Kangaroo was more Macho...but "Mr. Greenjeans" was definitely a guy I would invite to my house for dinner. The "Captain" was too much a "Capitalist" for me.

2. You do know Mr Rogers was married, right?
Unless you meant "gay" as in "lame".....

11. I don't like going to a "macho" minister
it kind of distracts from the whole repentance aspect

14. It doesn't matter...but he was thought of by some as
"not real." He was...who he was.. It's the "stereotypes" I was pointing out....and just trying to be silly in the lounge... that's all.

18. Didn't Mr Rogers have a wife?
I believe he did. Just because a man doesn't carry an Ak 47 doesn't mean he is gay.

19. Mr Rogers couldn't get a singing career... judging by his kid show,
it's no bloody wonder. He is SO off-key... And I could care less if he could sue Disney for their wrongful use of 'Tinkerbell'; bad singing aside he was kinda cool.

21. You mean you ordinarily don't love someone because they are gay?
And Mr. Rogers is the exception, or what?
