Campaign aims ta teach lyrics ta national anthem

WASHINGTON (AP) -- "Oh say can you" gangsta tha rizzy of tha words?

A lot of Americans can't, so there's a national effort unda way ta git thugz ta learn tha lyrics ta "The Star-Spangled Banner."
