7. Dream Theater. They are mainstream for Prog, but...
...still not overall. Porcupine Tree. I have "In Absentia" and that is off the mainstream in America. I guess you could say "The Smithereens, though I am not sure if you would say that they are mainstram or not.

8. It is the 1995 issue of the CD.
It does show paraphanalia in the sleeve booklet, but not much. The deluxe edition sounds interesting because the second disc has Tommy in it's entirety performed. With everything else on the first disc, though this is good as it is.
