Stretch your vocabulary legs.

1. One word as a double negative...
if you say "Irregardless" does that mean you regard it higher than "regardless"?

4. Oh I HATE it when people say 'irregardless!' hate it hate it hate it!
And the other one that gets me is 'orientated.' I am in charge of doing orientation with new hires where I work, and people are ALWAYS saying "when you get done orientating him/her..." Last time someone said that to me, I couldn't stand it any more, so I said, 'Sure, I can do that. I hope I am representating the company in a way that you would find appropriate." I got a funny look but that was it...went right over his head. grrrrrrrrrrr.

22. For the record...
Supermarine was a airplane company making seaplanes, and very famous for it's racing seaplanes in the 1930's. When the winds of war started blowing, the Royal Air Force asked them to make fighter planes; they adapted one of thier racing seaplanes into a land based fighter plane, the Spitfire.
