Time for a plea agreement with Michael Jackson...
He may be set free with the stipulation that he and his family never again appear in or on television, newspapers, magazines, books or radio for any reason whatsoever. If society is lucky, we can just forget that there ever was a drama of the Jackson family. Next, Congress can pass a Constitutional amendment barring in any media outlet from doing any kind of profile or fictional movie about any member of this family.

1. Burning out on Jacksonmania?
I actually think its cool. That's probably because I don't watch the TV news.

But, the fact that a freaky personality like MJ can get a decent shot at a fair trail is encouraging.

Hope is not lost in America.

3. I agree....
IF he gets a fair trial, it wil be amazing grace. I am still NOT convinced that he "molested" a child at all... and the media has railroaded him... and Jay Leno is a total jerk off for belittling and making fun of him every chance he gets... always GUILTY of course...

6. Actually, Leno may be one of Jackson's benefactors
From what I hear, he reported the family to the police because he suspected that they were trying to scam money. Something about them calling his show, fishing for $$$.

2. The MSM is just as guilty as Jackson
Last Thursday the victim had to deliver testimony that had to be incredibly difficult. He talked for hours under oath about the methods and actions of MJ. But the media reported almost none of this -- the headlines were all given gladly to MJ showing up 2 hours late in his PJs. Perfect manipulation of a willing media: no one hears the victim, everyone focuses on MJ.

And now the victim is on trial. And the pro-MJ spin continues from the MSM.

7. Hey Kurt
You have no idea who the victim is! The only thing we know is the name of the plaintiff and the defendant.

You're quick to complain about "spin." Yet isn't convicting MJ before he's had his day in court your own contribution to the spin?

What about letting the legal system play its role?
