Of a sign I saw, and when I googled to find a pic of it, I see it was not uncommon, as it made news!

It's in another article about climate change - so I'll use this guys words - it explains it well

"When I was a kid, I used to walk by a little white church with a big red neon sign that said “Jesus Saves.”

Across the street, there was a supermarket sporting a sign that read “Loblaws Saves You More.”

Our former Archbishop used to tell a story of going for walks after supper each evening when he was in Toronto for Bishops Meetings. Not far from the hotel where the meetings took place was a small Pentecostal Church, with a small steeple that had a neon cross on top of it. At the base of the steeple was another neon sign that flashed into the night: Jesus Saves....Jesus Saves....Jesus Saves.... Across the street was an enormous Loblaws Store with a neon sign that was at least twenty times larger, and it flashed back into the night, boldly responding: Loblaws saves you more, Loblaws saves you more....
