Vegetables you HATE
I love vegetables, but there a few I absolutely HATE and LOATHE
Okra and brussel sprouts for starters...

And, lima beans run a close second

By definition.

2. These:
Corn: Grew up on it. Thought it was healthy. It's a starch of no value. It doesn't even get digested.

Potatoes: More pointless starch.

Carrots: Nice in vitamin A but raise the blood sugar level like there's no tomorrow.

4. lima beans suck
However how can you dislike a good brussel sprout with real butter?

even if it means rounding up every birdwatcher in the country.

8. Green Peppers.
And I like okra when made by someone who knows how not to slime it, but that's pretty damned rare people. Slimy okra - forget it. Makes me sick to my stomach to feel the texture.

Green Peppers, though - ugh totally and absolutely.

9. Lima beans & zucchini.
Or squash in general. Pretty much anything else can be covered up by the right amount of garlic and peppers in a decent stir fry. Or a curry.

11. You don't know whats good :)
Brussels sprouts are a favorite of mine, and so is okra. Now, okra is best fried, and fried well by someone who knows how to fry it. That breaded crap you get in restaurants is barely fit to eat - it is not a good example of okra!

21. Brussel sprouts
Just the smell of them cooking makes me sick. No problems with any other kind of cabbage, though I'm not a big fan of broccoli. Green peppers are o.K. only when fried - don't like them boiled.
