1. I don't know myself

Haven't seen much of him, have read his book "When you drive alone, you drive with Bin Laden." He struck me as intellectually sloppy. Also prone to cheap rhetorical devices. For example, when he's discussing a negative trait of our compatriots, he says, "Americans..." but when it's a positive trait he says "We" or "us." I find that Al Franken knows his stuff a lot better and is just as funny.

2. Because he's started pandering to the right on his show.

He's making sure his audience has more conservatives in it and he's been doing a lot of Bush loving lately.

Those poor itty bitty conservatives all alone with their three major news networks need to be hand held into coming into his show so they aren't left out. Fuck him! I used to like him..didn't agree with everything he said but that's what I liked because I thought he fostered real debate but now he's *trying* to put a more conservative spin on things for ratings. He's no better than faux news at this point.
