Dorchester, Mass.-NBC) March 17, 2005 - A Massachusetts woman believes she has a holy roaster in her kitchen.

Susan McGuinness says the burnt label on her roasting pan looks like the Virgin Mary holding the Baby Jesus. She spotted the metal "miracle" just before she put the pan in the dishwasher Sunday.

2. I think "christians" would be better off if they looked for God
in their hearts and not in their cooking utensils or their food.

4. Why is there still a label on her pan?

Call me crazy but when I get a new baking pan I wash it before I use it. I also make sure all paper (like labels) are removed from the new pan. Otherwise it makes me think of "Take the Money and Run" when Lousie (Janet Margolin) cooks the steaks in the wrappers.

Not to mention, if the Virgin Mary comes to you, should you put her up for sale on e-bay? That's pretty tacky.

But to Susan McGuinness, the rusted remains of the label on her roasting pan are nothing less than the image of the Madonna cuddling the baby Jesus in her arms - or fresh meat for the auction block.
****
Instead, the 36-year-old accounts-payable clerk Windexed the inside of the pan, called in the press and debated how much her Madonna might fetch on eBay.

Although, it does fit in with the current concept of people who say they are Christian (as distinguished from those who live like a Christian) and try to make money off their religion. Susan is just following in the steps of tele-evangalists and Dumbya when she tries to profit off the faith of others.

6. it was probably a subliminal message from Gawd
that kept her from washing potential germs from her new roaster and peeling the label off. Uou know.. he works in mysterious ways.
