Has anyone seen a Capitol Steps performance?
I'd think it would be a treat. They were in Pittsburgh before the election, but I was unable to go. I have their two Bush albums on my iPod and embarrassed myself on the bus the other day by laughing insanely at "Keep Strom Alive" (sung to the tune of "Stayin' Alive"). Just imagine this sung in falsetto: "He's older than you're thinkin' - he babysat Abe Lincoln." That line always gets me! A few of the songs fall a little flat, but most are brilliant.

2. yes, several times
they come to Ann Arbor for 4th of July quite often.

I've got a few of their cassette tapes, but I haven't listened to them in ages. Maybe I'll get them out later and listen while I do housework.

4. Yes! I laughed so hard that my side was hurting.
I saw them in DC about 7 years ago.

Most of the songs are great. A few duds, but overall really, really funny.
