It's either fried or scrambled egg with fried peppers on a kaiser roll. It's quite tasty

Get some of your favorite peppers (hot or sweet) and cook them down a bit in some EVOO....as they get a little soft add your beaten eggs to the mixture. Your can plate them or serve them on Italian bread, hard roll, hero roll or whatever. Season with a little S&P or other favorite and then enjoy.

7. The Italian roasted potatoes?
I love those things. Probably 1200 calories per serving, but they are wonderful.
