help me get through two more hours of work
Edited on Wed Mar-23-05 08:07 AM by ffm172
I don't feel like working, I rather be home, hiding under my blankets. But I have to be here. My boss is somewhere hiding to correct some texts, my co-worker is only half-time and left at lunch. Tomorrow and next week she is on vacation and my boss won't be here Tuesday and Wednesday either. Am I the only person who works here????

Edit: Oh and I am getting an headache .. great :eyes:

10. Oops!
I fixed that grammar trouble. Can't send you the cats, they live with my parents, and they're not ready to let them go. Actually, they were stray cats that found them. I know they'd be in good hands with you.

How much longer 'til you can go home?

13. I'm glad they found them, too
 I live in an apartment near a busy road. They'd have to be indoor cats. My parents have a house in a nice neighborhood with a yard. I get them cat food now and then.

Do you have cats, too?

Almost time to go!

14. I had a cat
she stayed with my mom from 1994 till January when we had to put her to sleep.

Same reason, she wanted to go outside and I always lived in apt close to busy roads and I was just too often out of town over the weekend. But I miss her dearly. Last weekend was the first time I went to my mom after the cat died. It was sad. Missed something.

15. That's sad
One of the cats at my parents' house didn't come back. She was there for about 10 years. We miss her.

How are you doing with your boyfriend on the road? The first week is the hardest. :(

16. he left this morning
Edited on Wed Mar-23-05 09:35 AM by ffm172
called me when I was on my way to work. Had a hard time fighting back my tears. It got a bit better over the day.

sorry to hear about the missing cat. That is awful because you don't know what happened. Our first cat went missing also. I went to search for him, found him dead on the side of the street

21. I'm sorry to hear
I thought that he had already left. I see why you'd like to be home under the covers.

On a lighter note, Springtime is almost here. I will order tickets for our local professional soccer team. Also, the Renaissance festival starts in April and my brother will be one of the cast members.

22. he left this morning
he called before he had to get on the plane.

Yes, spring is here and it will pass as the summer will and I will be alone

What role will your brother play in the Renaissance festival? That is so much fun. I like to go to such festivals.

23. I don't know yet
haven't talked to him in weeks because of rehearsals. He said that he'll be one of the bad guys. They have the basic theme, the time is spent working on the script and the action scenes (there are sword fights and they have to be well choreographed). I'll be in various costumes, but my favorite is being Sir Argyle, Lord Navigator to the Court. I made it up, but it was so authentic that the villagers and cast thought I was a late addition.

And, yes, I do have costume tights. :D

I will hide away today, tomorrow will be better, I hope. Don't feel like going to the gym either today. I just want to go home and look at his pic. Sigh, I miss him already and he only left today.
