Do you cook a lot of Thai food? (I'm guessing you're a fan from the kitty's name). I tried to duplicate something I had in a restaurant and it was a disaster. :P

3. Yes
I do occasionally cook Thai food, though not much Pad Thai. If you go to Oriental stores and buy the red curry or green curry pastes it is relatively easy to do those dishes. You also need UNSWEETENED coconut milk. If you tell me the specific dish perhaps I can help you (I also have a few Thai and Vietnamese cookbooks).

5. I'd have to look at the menu to remember the actual Thai name
but it was sort of like Pad Thai, but spicier noodles. I think the problem was that I chose the wrong paste at the store.
