Getting hit with panhandling spam?

I often get mail from the Nigerian Ambassador, Canadian pharmacies, powerful penis pills and so-forth. These panhandling e-mails are a new one to me.

"Hello, our family is in need of a new computer. We don't have enough money to purchase one and were wondering if you'd like to help us out. We've set up the following paypal address where you can make donations if you like..."

Anyone else getting these things?
