Some of you are thinking, big deal. It's a big deal for me because 1) it's the first time in 5 years I've exercised by myself and 2)it's the most exercise I've had in 5 years. I feel all healthy and stuff now. :-)

3 miles is quite a lonnnng way! I'd most certainly fall and skin something; my balance is crap! Sounds like yours is very good...Do you have a pretty place to roller-blade in? A nice park or by a lake or like that? If you keep enjoying it, then you'll keep doing it, and that's healthy! You'll burn some serious calories too, and your muscles will tone up...

Oh, dear. Oh, dear. "Rollerblade" is a trademark. I'm sure you meant to say, "I just went inline skating for three miles on my Rollerblade brand inline skates." Unless you were on your K2 brand inline skates, or Roces brand inline skates, or Bauer brand inline skates, or....

I want to edit this post later, as I own lots of inline skates and love getting out on them.
