Don't read newspapers or political books while sitting on the stool. Nothing in the world will get you constipated faster than reading about the latest Repug outrage!

1. It doesn't work that way for me
I have a mild case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It's not officially diagnosed, but when I start stressing out things start to move quickly.
