7. Well, there was this one time

I got so depressed I was hallucinating, and this space alien walked up to me and asked me why I was so unhappy. I was in the middle of explaining when it asked me, "What is money?"

Coming up with the answer to that was an epiphany. It's a game, except that you don't have the option of not playing it. And people die and get hurt each and every day so that people with lots of money can have more.

All for stuff that isn't even real. I've looked upon my fellow humans with a mingling of horror and pity ever since.
