You aren't really drunk until you have to rushed to the hospital to get your stomach pumped after drinking a record 22 beers in under 30 minutes (funneled, of course). I am surprised that I am not brain dead.
And I did that in Chicago. Got high there for the first time too.

the positive commentary, coming as it does from one of the true luminaries, the stalwarts, the stony rocks upon which this whole grand edifice is built, not to mention the fact that I have always held Michiganders far and wide in a certain, though not specific, amount of admiration, granted that it is unfortunate about those cars, isn't it, not that you guys can share any collective guilt about that, though it might be therapeutic for you at least to think about it, maybe give it a little consideration, just a passing thought, but even so, now that you mention it, there was a bit of difficulty given the amount of "whoa yeah!" factor and the barroom's general density of intellect on top of said factor, which of course is not to attempt to diminish the factor's importance per se, but just an observation, which if you hold it against me will probably get somewhat damp because it's hot in here right now, you know how it gets sometimes, even in a place with as many cherry trees as you've no doubt seen.

You have seen those trees, but I'll bet you didn't notice what it really was about them, did you?

But that's OK, just fine, no problem, and next time we'll fence off the dissenters, which you have to admit is a workable tactic, if only temporarily, and drink their drinks while they're busy manufacturing some kind of lame acrimony that not only will fizzle on its own accord, but will in all probability be misdirected in the first place, and won't bother us at all, even if we make passing note of it.

Which we probably won't.
