2. Gotta second the don't
Only people at the top of these things ever make money, and that's because they started it casting the net for suckers. Tell them to have a good life and keep your money.

3. Besides being mathmatically impossible for everyone

to do as people present them to be it's just throwing good money after bad. The people who make $$ on these things are people at the top, the founders of the co. or friends/relatives of the founders. They're at the top of the matrix. For people to be able to make it work even recruiting 2 or 3 people underneath them pretty soon you'd run out of potential recruits.

It's presented as a ground floor opportunity. That term is used a lot.
There's talk of only having a small amount of market penetration and what the upside potential is. Problem is most people don't buy this way. And the products to generate enough commission $$ to make the whole thing worthwhile have got to be priced higher than what you could get elsewhere on your own.

6. The guy at the bottom called me
http://www.bcoverview.com/

It was a pretty slick website and the second the mentioned "Network Marketing" the fist this I thought of was AMWAY.

I've heard these pitches before, and I wasn't too impressed by them.
