30 years - to the day, that my aunt Therese died. She died from an anaphalactic reaction to strawberries. I have an anaphalactic allergy to ALL nuts. At 3 years old I was dead for 20 seconds due to said allergy. My grandmother had given me fruitcake, and taken out the nuts.

My grandmother was already in a bit of a demented state. She called me Therese from that time on (12 or so years), until her death.

Therese's pic has eerily familiar features to mine, and it is a family 'whispering secret'.

I am having a horrible problem. I have decided to confront my insomnia head on because it is wrecking my life.

But I CANNOT sleep between the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am. no matter what time I go to bed. I can either stay up later than this, or go to bed between 5-7 pm like I did tonight, and no matter what I will wake up at 11:00. It sucks. here I sit. I am banging my head against the wall with this.

In fact, right around in January or so.

I've never had it so bad. It's not the type where you wake up, it's the type where you can't get to sleep to begin with.

It drives me fucking bananas, so I hear you. Why do you think I'm here now?

I tend to clean my house a lot during these hours. It's amazing how little sleep I can get by on.

But I'd love to go back to "normal."
