1. I prefer a volley of oaths.

My brother- and sister-in-law say their three-year-old daughter will repeat anything you say. "Well, keep her away from me, then, " I told them, "or else she'll sound like she tends bar down by the waterfront."

2. Right now, I'm leaning toward "hurl"

a load of invective. Something about "gushing" adds slapstick to the required dignity of ranting. I'm just sayin'

I could only fit a four letter word in there.
