1. Brandwise, I love See's Candies
If you haven't had them, pick them up when you're on the West Coast. They are SCRUMPTIOUS!!

8. Do you know...I live very close to a See's retail store, and
I have NEVER had any See's?

I have enjoyed the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, though.

10. Oh, you must go to See's!!
My sister always sends them at Christmas and on birthdays, and when I visit her in the Bay Area I always stock up. They give you a free sample when you're in the store, whether you purchase or not. Just delicious!

2. Dark!
Milk chocolate for chocolate chip cookies, but for just eating and enjoying? Dark chocolate! I especially love really rich, almost bittersweet, dark chocolate truffles.

I'm the one who pulls all the Special Darks out of the bag of Hershey's Miniatures.

4. I hate people like you!
I never get to eat the special darks because someone always pulls them all out before I get to them.

But you better believe if I ever get the chance they all will be mine!

3. Dark doesn't make my cavities hurt--anyone know why?
Taste-wise, it's a tossup between milk and dark...but dark is winning lately because of the teeth thing.

White is good too....all the flavors of chocolate are delightful.

5. Milk, but just because of the texture
I love how it coats my entire mouth. Dark is good too, but IMO it needs to be melted for the full effect.

7. Milk...but dark is a close second
Is there such a thing as bad chocolate? Ok, wait, I remember hollow Easter bunnies made of some funky white "chocolate" that my aunt and uncle would give to me and my sisters when I was young. Those were offensive (although it was a very nice gesture!).

11. Dark!
When I lived in Illinois I worked for a Swiss firm and whenever anybody came over (they were either Swiss, German, French or Belgium) they brought me chocolates!

I had so much, so often that I got used to them. When I moved to Wisconsin I really, really, really, missed that chocolate (especially the dark chocolate, thin tube-like candy with liquor in them!).

And my absolute favorite were Godiva's raspberry truffles. But, they discontinued that flavor.

GRRR!

Of all the ACTUAL types of chocolate, Dark is best.

20. And that's how they should market it!
You know, for those poor fools who think they're going to "give up" chocolate....

"Eat white chocolate - it's the Not Chocolate treat!"
