The former star of Peter Potamus and his Magic Flying Balloon, he is the ultimate annoying co-worker, showing up at awkward moments, stealing things, photocopying his butt and parking his dirigible so it blocks Harvey's parking space. He has never been seen to do any actual work, merely to bother people by asking them "Did you get that thing I sent you?"
